Internal Competitions 2022-2023 – How can we improve?

We would like to share with you the Note that R&D Ispra sent last Friday to DG HR. 

Thanks to the comments received by our members, who took part in the Internal competitions in progress, we were able to highlight some critical and reasoned points on the selection procedure.

We hope that this Note will be taken into consideration for the future internal competitions.
