R&D Ispra offers a free professional consultation service!

In response to numerous requests, R&D Ispra now offers a free consultation service, providing specialist expertise and support on various property-related matters.

Mr. Matteo Squizzato, a qualified Architect from Spazio Leonardi | Studio di architettura, will be available for consultations once per month.

The first date is Friday, 14 March from 9:00 to 11:00 am in presence at the JRC (by appointment only).

During these consultations, you will have access to professional advice and assistance on a wide range of topics, including:

1. Property transactions (buying and selling)
2. Construction and renovation projects
3. Topographic and Cadastral documentation

This is an exclusive “first consultation” service for all R&D Ispra members and future members (Join our Union, Become a Member!). 

Any follow-on services, if required, will be charged at standard rates, which will be provided by the architect in advance.

NEW AGREEMENT 

Access to the E-commerce portal "VIP by BEKO Europe" for R&D Ispra members

R&D Ispra wishes to inform you that a FREE TAX ADVICE is now available to answer all your questions relating to Italian taxation for employees of the European Institutions, whether resident or not.

This publication is a 230 page genuine teaching manual – available in English – to guide and support the candidates at every stage of the competition and selection procedures, in line with the new EPSO procedures.

In addition to information about the skills required to participate in selections and competitions, the new guide includes original and unpublished exercises and examples.

This guide is free to all our members and future members.

This extraordinary effort, also from a financial point of view, fits into R&D,s policy of giving priority to training.

Indeed, historically, R&D has always fought for recruitment procedures within the European institutions that are transparent, objective and ensure equal treatment and access to all candidates.

That’s why, from its very inception in 1992, R&D offers colleagues a preparation to the selection tests and provides them with a syllabus, including practical exercises. Thanks to it, thousands of colleagues were able to train for and eventually join the European civil services.

During the last 3 years, we have been able to deliver nearly 1,200 individual legal consultations:

Legal assistance and representation in the pre-litigation procedures (requests for assistance, complaints, meetings of the inter-service group) and litigation (appeal to the General Court of the European Union)

Nature of the cases handled: assistance on any question concerning the career and/or the administrative life of the agent

• competitions and selection procedures: requests for reconsideration of the jury’s decisions (conditions of admission deemed unfilled, results of talent screener, etc.), recourse to the courts;
